Refund policy

Special Order Items
LE can supply certain products that are not part of our normal product range on customer request. Special order items require payment in advance and are not covered under warranty, other than the manufacturers warranty if available. LE provides no technical support for special order items and is not responsible if the special order items do not perform as expected. Special order items are not returnable. All sales are final.
 
Credit
LE, at its sole discretion, will either replace defective items under warranty or issue a credit note to the customers account. LE does not issue checks or cash refunds for warranty compensation.

Returned Items
Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Product(s) must be returned with prior approval and issuance of a return material authorization number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA# call 1-888-539-8847. Issuance of a RMA# does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize credit to be taken. Product determined to be defective by the applicable manufacturer shall either be replaced or credit will be issued at the discretion of LE. Product returned as defective, and is not, will be returned to the customer or discarded. Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided that LE agrees to take back the merchandise. Special orders may not be returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled as long as the item has not shipped. Customer must accept items that are enroute and assumes the responsibility for all charges incurred. This includes freight- and applicable duty and tax charges including all charges for the return shipping. Returned Items regulations apply.
Orders for Special Order Items cannot be cancelled !
